Great Backpack. I have used this for an year and have to say that i have been fully satisfied with it. As with all Thule products build quality is pretty impressive. This is the bigger one of the Thule backpacks so has lot more room in it. I owned the smaller backpack from thule in the past and absolutely loved that one until it got stolen from my car. Went for the bigger one this time around coz i need one with which i could travel with.
The thigh about this backpack that stands out is it's pockets that helps you organize all your little stuff. I have my power-bank, phone cable, EarPods, sunglasses, laptop charger etc all neatly put in pockets. The thing that differentiates a 30$ backpack from a 100$ backpack is the number of pockets it has because it takes lot more time and effort to have them in the bag.
I have my Macbook, iPad neatly put away in the last compartment that provides enough padding for the tow that i don't use the case for my laptop any more. and even after having all this i have enough space left that i can have a jacket in there with some paperwork.
Thule has done a great job with this product.
just to let you know i didn't get this free and i am no expert. Just a guy who has used this for a year and wanted to share my experience with you guys.
I bought my Thule Crossover in 2011. It is HANDS DOWN the best backpack I've ever owned. I was on the hunt for bag with some specific features and this one had them. Particularly, it is one of the few bags that I could find that was padded at the bottom of the laptop compartment. Most bags are padded on the sides, but the bottom is just fabric. you set it down, there is only fabric between your computer and the floor. This bag is padded on the bottom.
I liked having this bag so much that I also bought their rolling suitcase and duffel from he same line. All three of these bags have been around the world several times. From airports in Europe to the rooftop luggage rack of an SUV in the Rajasthani Dessert, they have performed perfectly.
I am writing this review now, because just recently, one of the zippers on the backpack came off track because the tines were pulling away. I called Thule and they told me that the bag had a 25 year warranty. I emailed photos of the zipper and the bag and four days later they had a brand new bag on my front porch.
I will never buy another bag from anyone else. This company is simply amazing. Their products are great. Their warranties are incredible and their customer service is un matched.
